the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes i used the free shuttle to the town center the shuttle runs every two hours. the spa area included a sauna a steam room and a jacuzzi i enjoyed a massage there.

The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help. The rooms were beautifully designed, super clean, and had fine views. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff provided excellent service with personal attention. The regular shuttle service to the city center made exploration easy. The spacious balcony was perfect, even during rain.
Room service could have been better. For the first days, staff forgot to take out the dirty dishes. Towels weren't replaced every day. The room had a moldy smell causing headaches. Aircon was just ok.

our villa had thoughtful design. it had perfect cleanliness. it offered a great pool. the views were fine. this made every day magical.. one of the highlights included the floating breakfast. presentation was fine. the food was delicious and freshly prepared. i enjoyed it while surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of my private pool. it was a true taste of paradise. the spa experience was very nice. the signature massage melted away all tension. i left completely rejuvenated.
the pool water had a lot of vegetation around it, so cleanliness suffered a little bit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. That met my expectations.
I thought the room had a slight moldy smell. It did cause headaches. I believe the aircon was not working properly. Towels were not replaced . This was really disappointing.
